Pappu is a person who takes a relentless stand for justice right from his early years. His protests against his teacher who discriminates between the landlord's son and other children brings him the wrath of the landlord and he's forced to leave home. He leads a hard life fighting to uphold his ideals. He ends up being a rickshaw puller and at this time finds a child from the gutter and takes care of her. Things do not go as Pappu expected as the child grows older.
