"1) Stringimi forte i polsi 2) La Coccinella 3) SCTMV"10 October 1998Drama
Stringimi Forte I Polsi: When working in a doctor's office, afternoons do not seem to pass badly. But an imaginative secretary spends her time in solitary and bizarre erotic games. Meanwhile, the doctor treats a very young and mysterious patient who seems to like much more carnal attention than professional ones. And the surprises are not over yet... La Coccinella: And on Sunday afternoon, it's hot and the city is deserted. A beautiful woman, married without children, meets a sperm donor. The man invited by the couple is greatly embarrassed because he fails in his task. After waiting and trying, the lady moves on to direct action... S.C.T.M.V.: A ghost eye spies on her. A ritual begins, the woman puts on makeup, shaves, prepares to do what perhaps her man told her to do. A bowl of milk, a white linen shirt, a razor sharp red nail polish, white milk inside his mouth. A shower drips on her... And eroticism explodes.
Eight visually rich vignettes drawn from Kurosawa’s own dreams—fox weddings and vanished orchards, a soldier’s ghosts, a walk through Van Gogh’s canvases, nuclear nightmares, and a water-mill utopia—meditate on childhood, art, mortality, and humanity’s uneasy bond with nature.
This omnibus release consists of three playlets filmed and aired during television's Golden Age, and starring some of the legends of film and television.
An anthology of eleven vignettes featuring star-studded casts of extremely unique individuals who all share the common activities of conversing while drinking coffee and smoking cigarettes.
Three tales of love, ambition, and neurosis unfold in the city that never sleeps. In "Life Lessons" (Martin Scorsese), a tormented painter channels heartbreak into his art.
Four different couples have a romantic week over New Year's Eve. Both coming out of failed marriages, Ji-ho and Hyo-young are not open to the possibility of new love, while Jin-ah heads to the other side of globe and encounters Jae-hun.
Three different scenarios, intercut, all using the same words but with very different meanings. A corrupt cop is more interested in the money on the criminals he catches than justice; a young woman discovers she's pregnant, and her boyfriend is unfeeling; and a young man calls a prostitute it's the first time for both, and neither can go through with it.
