Saeki was an extremely war hawk, and he was a man known all over the country, let alone Kanto. Shortly after his release, he launched the Saegumi Saekikai, absorbed his prison friends, and began to throw ripples in the sima. When a Shimano amateur screams at the old-fashioned forcible way of doing business, Hitoshi speaks directly to Saeki. However, Saeki, the big brother of the world, has no ears to hear, and on the contrary, he integrates the disturbing elements of the Kanto Ichienkai and expands his power ?!
