Low-budget corporate PR videos and a small company that only produces local commercials. A video production company receives a request to create a promotional video for an acting school called "Tetsuo Juku." The director immediately begins filming, but hears some unsavoury rumours about the school's headmaster, Funaki Tetsuo, from one of the students. Suspicious, the director begins interviewing other students about the rumours, and criminal facts such as harassment and exorbitant tuition fees are revealed one after another.
