Hoshino is an office worker who was abandoned by his wife due to playing with women. He pretends that he has "half a year to live" based on the symptoms characteristic of middle-aged people that were revealed during a medical checkup. Miyuki, a delivery health girl who had a blast playing cosplay, continues their relationship with Hoshino for the purpose of getting insurance money from his lie. Hoshino was able to win the woman over with ease, and the next day he met a mysterious woman, whom she named Maki, and they began living together. She says she's an alien, so she gets all her earthly knowledge and indulges in cosplay! During the exciting days, Miyuki and Yuko's battle begins as they travel around Hoshino...
