Jonathan, a dreamer and wannabe stand-up comedian in his late 20's, still lives with parents. After another failed open mic performance he gets drunk and crashes his father's car on the way home. After a very hostile reception by the other carguards, the eldest carguard decides to take Johnathan under his wing and teaches him the finer art of being a carguard and more important he teaches Jonathan about life and how to survive as an outcast. Jonathan also falls in love with a girl way out of his league.
