ZG80 is a prequel of Metastaze. The movie brings back its characters to prewar Yugoslavia where they, as part of Bad Blue Boys, go on a football match in Belgrade to see Dinamo play against Crvena Zvezda. Stipan is a policeman who comes to small Adriatic island off the Croatian coast in order to investigate the reports of strange phenomena that had frightened the local population.
The bitter rivalry between the fans of Zagreb's flagship football club Dinamo and Split's Hajduk brings a father and his estranged son closer together, costs a man his life and creates violence in the life of a stay-at-home mother.
Every year, in the middle of Croatia, it's the same story: after the annual snowmelt, a huge flood wave spills out of the Alps toward Zagreb and Belgrade.
The adventures of a small town Croatian family during the 1960s. The decade will leave eternal marks on all of their members, but most of the story focuses on the youngest one, a boy, Frula, who discovers the love and fashion of the time.
Osijek, Eastern Croatian Front, 1991. British ecologist Henry arrives in town to find and protect the oak in the village of Stari Rastovac, believed to be the oldest of its kind in the world, from getting torn down by both enemy forces and Croatian soldiers.
Six men, one woman (and her brother) come together with one goal - to make the play. It would be probably another common story that this theater group is composed of anti-heroes who float lost in time and space, in a town where it seems that the sun sets in the east.
